It has been over 15 years since Nicole decided to leave the corporate world. She envisioned creating the life she wanted and building business relationships with honest, sincere people. A previous career in Training and Development and managing a team in a financial customer service unit has largely contributed to her success in real estate, along with degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. She is well-equipped with strong organizational, teaching, and negotiation skills.

Known for her knack for creating sincere genuine connections and truly listening to what people want and need are some of the qualities that make Nicole such a sought-after agent in her area, garnering 95% of her business from past clients and referrals. Nicole provides a calming force to her clients through the sometimes chaotic process of buying or selling. she recognizes the value and trust her clients place in her, her unwavering integrity and grit will always challenge her to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Entrepreneur

Nicole considers learning a lifelong journey and consistently challenges herself with new ideas on how to support her clients. Nicole has obtained her General Contractor and Home Improvement license in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With these licenses, Nicole offers an additional benefit to her clients with her new home refinement business, Samuel Realty Group, LLC. In the third quarter of 2023, Nicole brought in over $80,000 in additional sales for her sellers. 

One of Nicole’s passions is highlighting other women entrepreneurs. To further her passion, Nicole developed the women’s networking group, Wealth in Women, which focuses on supporting other female business owners or female leaders.

Philanthropist

Nicole is consistently looking for ways to help others by donating food, clothes, and professional resources in her community. Nicole works very closely with New Hope, Inc, which is a domestic violence 501 (c) (3) organization based in Attleboro and has championed multiple successful events for the organization. Nicole was named New Hope Volunteer of the Year in 2023 and is nominated for the 2024 New England Patriots Myra Kraft MVP Community Award.

She is currently in the process of designing and fundraising for a clothing store dedicated to survivors of abuse who so often leave their homes with just the clothes on their back.

Mom, Wife and Dog Owner

Nicole is originally from Hyannis. However, South Attleboro has been her home for over 20 years. She is blessed with an amazing husband of 22 years, a son, a daughter, and a rescue dog, Lily. Nicole embraces life to the fullest and loves staying active. She works out regularly, swims, and skis. Nicole loves traveling as much as possible and is a consummate foodie.
